Custom Residential
This project is located in Arizona, USA, and covers an area of over 3,000 square feet. It features a 3-car garage and a 3-bedroom residential layout.
This design concept features a stunning Southwestern-inspired residential home, seamlessly integrated into the Arizona landscape. The home embraces a natural aesthetic with earthy tones, rustic brick detailing, and terracotta roof tiles that echo traditional desert architecture. The surrounding environment, with its rocky terrain and towering cacti, complements the design, creating a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living.
The layout is centered around a welcoming courtyard, which leads to a spacious 3-bedroom home. The home’s façade is balanced and symmetrical, with arched doorways and large windows that invite natural light while framing the breathtaking desert views. A three-car garage is neatly positioned to the side, ensuring that the design remains open and expansive while maintaining functional space.
The project aims to create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a focus on comfort and practicality, while honoring the natural beauty of the surrounding desert environment. The use of native plants and rocks enhances the connection between the home and the landscape, allowing the property to feel like a natural extension of the desert itself.

4-storey School Building
The Santiago Integrated National High School project is a four-storey educational building located in the Philippines. The structure is designed to provide a conducive learning environment that promotes inclusivity, sustainability, and community engagement. With its modern yet functional design, the building accommodates multiple classrooms, administrative offices, and ancillary spaces necessary for academic excellence and holistic student development.
The façade showcases a combination of vibrant green and blue tones, symbolizing growth, vitality, and the institution’s commitment to education and progress. The use of vertical and horizontal sunshades enhances the building’s energy efficiency, reducing direct heat gain while allowing ample natural light and ventilation throughout the spaces.
16-storey Mixed-used Building
This project is a contemporary mixed-use development located in the Philippines, featuring three interconnected towers that rise to 16 stories. The architectural concept focuses on creating a dynamic urban landmark that harmonizes functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
The design emphasizes a sleek modern form characterized by clean lines, rhythmic patterns of glass and metal panels, and subtle curvature that gives the towers a sense of movement and fluidity. The façade’s reflective glass not only enhances the building’s visual appeal but also maximizes natural light within interior spaces while helping to regulate heat—an important consideration for the tropical climate.
At the ground level, transparent and open retail spaces activate the streetscape, encouraging pedestrian flow and community interaction. Above, the towers accommodate a mix of residential, commercial, and office functions, ensuring a vibrant and integrated environment that supports live–work–play lifestyles. The interconnection of the towers allows for shared amenities such as landscaped podium gardens, leisure decks, and communal lounges, promoting a sense of community within an urban setting.
Overall, the design reflects a forward-thinking approach to urban development—one that prioritizes elegance, efficiency, and environmental responsiveness while contributing a bold architectural statement to the city skyline.
Level 2 Hospital
The proposed design is a four-storey Level II Government Hospital located in the Philippines. The architectural concept centers on functionality, accessibility, and healing through design, ensuring that the facility provides an efficient healthcare environment while promoting comfort and well-being for patients, staff, and visitors.
The concept draws inspiration from the idea of a “Healing Environment” — integrating modern architectural expression with human-centered design principles. The building’s form emphasizes transparency, openness, and order, reflecting the values of trust and public service inherent in government healthcare institutions.
